Photogami Services
Photogami serves businesses and customers alike with its two solutions:
Photogami Personal and Photogami Professional. Its unique business model
supports an online economy where people can buy prints of their photos
and artists can also sell their prints and services.
Photogami Personal
This service allows anyone to upload digital images and purchase
them as quality prints and merchandise at wholesale prices.
Photogami Professional
This service allows artists and photographers to sell their
images on prints and many different kinds of merchandise, either
directly from their website or in a custom store. Photogami also
allows artists to sell their services (i.e. photo restorations,
colorizations, etc...).
- Selling Merchandise
To sell your merchandise on Photogami you can
either use your own existing website
(by pasting in a small piece of code we give you), or
you can customize and create a merchandise storefront on
Photogami directly. There is no fee to maintain a
merchandise store. Photogami merchandise is manufactured
at several different manufacturers (a complete list is
coming soon). The artists can choose which manufacturer's
product line they wish to utilize based on their
particular needs and the manufacturer's pricing.
- Selling Services
To sell your services on Photogami you can be
either a Photogami Professional or an Independent
Professional.
- Photogami Professionals
These individuals are promoted to our customer base
as professional Photogami-partnered artists.
Additionally, this type of account is
free to maintain. Photogami takes a commission
off of any sales generated through the site. We
handle all credit card processing of fees and
customer support in our name. Because we tie our
brand name to these partners, we have extremely
strict requirements related to being approved as
a Photogami Professional and maintaining your
Photogami Professional status.
- Independent Professional
These are advertised to our customer base as an
independent service provider. Independent Professionals
are not directly affiliated with Photogami in any way.
There is a small fee to maintain this account, yet there are
no requirements related to sales quotas or quality levels.
Additionally, Photogami takes no commission on Independent Professional sales.
